Zagaleta is one of the most prestigious private residences and golf resorts in the Costa del Sol. Sorores was appointed as business development consultant as Zagaleta branched out into property development; we took charge of branding, launching and marketing a selection of new build properties.
Sorores were involved with Six Senses Residences Courchevel long before it opened, co-ordinating all of the elements required to bring this spa residence ‘ready to market’. Since then, we have been heavily involved in securing sales of the units, introducing rental programs and all things marketing & PR from hosting international press trips to designing local billboards. We still continue to be involved acting as the developer’s representative, and this year look forward to introducing a top-level restaurant brand into the existing space to continue to elevate this residence.
The secluded isle of Felicité in Seychelles hosts these contemporary island homes, serviced by Six Senses and benefiting from all the resort highlights. Sorores have ongoing involvement in the sales and business development initiatives. Behind the scenes we’ve been working on PR, designing brand new promotional collateral and creative direction of all new visual content.
We were recently appointed as business development consultant for this brand-new development which will complete in 2021. The resort will include a small number of private serviced residences, presenting one of the last opportunities for foreign nationals to invest in property in Switzerland. Sorores are currently engaging in pre-sale marketing initiatives, including ongoing PR, brand awareness and growth, and the hosting of a number of events this summer revolving around the summer sporting calendar in this dreamy Swiss village.
The Lodge is an ultra-prime independent chalet located in the heart of Courchevel 1850. Completed in 2018, Sorores launched this chalet during the most recent ski season, and we were involved heavily up until this point advising on the design side as well as completing the branding ourselves. As part of the launch, we engaged international press by hosting a weekend-long ski press trip and continue with our ongoing PR activities this year, as well as focusing on securing a sale for this incredible chalet.
This 17th Century Chateau is located in Gascony, South West France, and is currently undergoing renovations to prepare it for private rental and exclusive events. After in-house branding and a feasibility study, we have recently appointed designers, and managed the process, inputting creatively into the interior concepts and overseeing the fit out to kick start the next phase of the strategy.
Sorores enjoy curating memorable events of all sizes and purposes. As organisers of the RAF Benevolent Fund Dambusters Dinner in 2017, we helped raise over £110,000 and took care of every little detail from auction prizes to in-house menu design. More recently we partnered with Rolls Royce to host their annual winter party, as well as organising a private villa party on behalf of Reditum Capital during the famous MIPIM festival in Cannes. We host a series of ongoing networking events in partnership with Morpheus London, as well as private events and bespoke dinners.
Morpheus are a leading design house based in London with a repertoire spanning from Monaco to Marbella. With private homes, large-scale 5* hotel developments and even yachts and cruise ships under their belt, Morpheus are an interior designer above the rest. We’ve enjoyed working closely with them for a number of years, and recently took on the role of business development consultant. As well as sourcing new projects of the highest calibre for Morpheus, we work alongside them on their social media strategy, event planning, brand partner program and new initiatives such as shop fronts, magazines and sub-brand capsule collections in order to grow the brand.
